Ecotherapy Walks & Programs
These activities and wellbeing programs invite individuals and groups to step out of routine and reduce stress by reconnecting with nature.
Walks for Women
Our nature walks have a maximum of 8 participants to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Each walk includes a brief orientation and at least one 10-minute stop at a set point on the walk for mindfulness. While some walks require a reasonable level of fitness, our primary purpose is always stress relief, reconnecting with nature, and finding calm. Everyone is welcome to take their time and enjoy the view!
These walks are $55 (inc. GST) per person. (These walks are subsidised to support accessibility for women seeking connection and recovery.) For further details, please download our info sheet here.
